Hi folks

I sent this message yesterday. I haven't had a reply yet, but I have made some
progress:

This is the remaining problem - I still get this error message.

This was caused by a bad "mimumum" entry in /etc/disktab. I can only
speculate that that was a result of me doing an upgrade from 2.1.5
to 2.2.2, and that the /etc/disktab file I had was a throwback.
