This is a request for including a new port into the tree. The proposed port is a development library, which does not depend on other ports. I'd like to maintain this port myself. Please, set the maintainer-address to exercisix@alexanderchuranov.com.

I am already maintaining devel/boost-* and am familiar with the stuff.
The shar archive with the port files is attached (it is actually shar, but I had to rename it to txt to get correct MIME type).
