FWIW, I never had much luck running ICQ through a Cisco 675 using NAT--
same symptoms as described on this list.  I finally got rid of the NAT
and use a SOCKS server instead (ports/net/dante, in fact).

Now GnomeICU and Windows ICQ work well through the SOCKS server.
