/home by default is only a symlink to /usr/home if
you do not set up /home on its own filesystem and
even then the instructions say:
  : Note: This assumes that the jails are based under
  : the /home partition. This can, of course, be changed
  : to anything else, but this change will have to be
  : reflected in each of the examples below.

I can hardly see how qualifying it further will clarify
anything.
