Hi, folks,

I downloaded apache 1.3.1 on FreeBSD 2.2.6-RELEASE.
After following setup instructions, I can put my homepage on my local
machine
( lynx http://localhost/~doug ), but I can't run cgi programs.
While I'm running cgi ( lynx http://localhost/~doug/test.cgi), I got
this message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /~doug/test.cgi on this server.

Would anyone tell me how to solve this problem, thanks.

Best regards,
Doug.
