Please see the mail about this that I just sent to current@ and
scsi@.  I'll be maintaining the quirks tables and would appreciate it if
you could submit the information as a PR as per:
  http://www.root.org/~nate/freebsd/quirks.html

I'll add a reference to your PR as a forced commit and close it once you
have submitted it.
