I finally got a chance to check this out. Unfortunately, the
spegla-current.tar.gz file in this directory is writable only by
owner:

-rw-r--r-- 1 1698 1698 91756 Mar 4 2000 spegla-1.1p1.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 1698 1698 94210 Mar 12 2000 spegla-1.1p2.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 1698 1698 94299 Mar 13 2000 spegla-1.1p3.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 1698 1698 101515 May 27 15:51 spegla-1.1p4.tar.gz
--w------- 1 1698 1698 103092 Aug 26 13:32 spegla-current.tar.gz

Please let me know when you've got the permissions problem worked
out, so that I can grab the latest version. I've got a new ftp
server I'm setting up, and I'd like to make sure it's got the latest
of everything before I put it online. ;-)

	Thanks!
