I think this may be prudent, I had to explain in detail that 4.5 will
autotune to a few people who would not believe me until i pulled up a
webpage.  Can we get this added to /usr/src/UPDATING?  I think that may stop
some confusion that I have seen from others.  Of course forcing them to read
UPDATING is another matter entirely ;)
