Hello, All! How are you?

I have fixed `palm/prc-tools' port by disabling all common infos (do
we really need info for `configue' or `bfd' again and again!?) and
make some other minor fixes, for example, it was hangs up in
`configure' script if teTeX was installed (it try to call
  dialog-based texconfig from script)

I think, I could take maintainership for this port. And I want to
make one more change: remove `PREFIX=/usr/local/pilot'. Now this
port doesn't install any common-named files like `info/gcc.info', so
it could be installed in common prefix.

Maybe, somebody have any objections against these changes?
