https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D253249 Bug ID: 253249 Summary: USB keyboard: repeated and out of order characters Product: Base System Version: 12.2-RELEASE Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: usb Assignee: usb@FreeBSD.org Reporter: janm@transactionware.com Created attachment 222162 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D222162&action= =3Dedit usbdump output when the problem is seen. When typing quickly on a USB keyboard, some characters are repeated and some appear out of order. Attached is the output of usbdump and the console messages with hw.usb.ukbd.debug=3D2 when typing "m_count" quickly. The characters present= ed are "m_counntu". Three different keyboards tested: Two from Unicomp and a Dell keyboard. The Dell keyboard does slightly better but the problem still exists. I do not s= ee the problem when using the same keyboards on a Macintosh. This appears to be similar to the problem here: https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/mac-keyboard-weirdness-freebsd-12-2.7772= 8/ --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
