4.1.1 / 4.2

When I install this ports it stops with the error
/usr/bin/make
Not GNU make

the path is correct
I have installed the gmake more times but nothing to do!
I have renamed /usr/bin/make make.old and gmake> make .. nothing

is there any way to solve this ?
