Please, also remove FFMPEG option. It's unreasonable to expect multimedia@
to patch this abandonware on each major multimedia/ffmpeg upgrade.
Moving to multimedia/ffmpeg0 is not recommended as that port is on the
chop list per bug 215036.

Alternatively, just expire the port before 2019Q2. Other distributions
either already expired it or just didn't package in the first place.
