Unless your simply wanting to do this for yourself, the easiest way would be to go to www.cdrom.com and buy the 4 CD set there for $25.00 (subscription price). Michael G. ---------- From: Mike Knoll[SMTP:knollm@lafcol.lafayette.edu] Sent: Thursday, December 11, 1997 3:53 AM To: questions@FreeBSD.ORG Subject: Making a CD I'd like to make a FreeBSD 2.2.5-RELEASE CD for mass installing. I want to be able to install everything(including X) except the packages. What CD format should I use? (Romeo, Juilet, 8.3, ...) What should the root directory on the CD be from? (ie. ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.5-RELASE, or without the 2.2.5 RELEASE?) were should X be on the CD? Thanks. Michael Knoll
