depends on where you are. In Europe there's a package called bisdn which
you can get from ftp://ftp.muc.ditec.de/isdn which works with various
ISDN cards common in Europe. Outside of Europe your best bet is to use
an external ISDN "modem".

I won't touch this. If you're really interested look in the mail archives
on www.freebsd.org. This question has already been answered more times than
I care to think about.
