Hello everybody, Could somebody explain, how I could impose hard process number limit upon daemon started in rc.d/ script? I'm using following script: eval `limits -e -H -u 5` my_daemon & but see more then 5 instances running simultaneously (forked from parent started in the script) and no indication about kernel killing them. Any thoughts?
