I am getting the following error trying to install Ruby on 4.6-STABLE. Can anyone offer any assistance to fix it? Is a dependency messed up? Is it trying to strip it before its installed? Thanks David. -------------------------- sample/irb.rb -> /usr/local/bin/irb chmod 0755 /usr/local/bin/irb /usr/ports/lang/ruby/work/ruby-1.6.7/libi386-freebsd4-ruby.a -> /usr/local/lib/ruby/1.6/i386-freebsd4/libi386-freebsd4-ruby.a chmod 0644 /usr/local/lib/ruby/1.6/i386-freebsd4/libi386-freebsd4-ruby.a ===> Generating temporary packing list strip /usr/local/bin/ruby /usr/libexec/elf/strip: /usr/local/bin/ruby: No such file or directory *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/lang/ruby. *** Error code 1 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
