I've installed 4.2, reconfigured the kernel with "device fpa" and
"pseudo-device fddi". When it boots,
the messages show that it finds the FDDI card. But, any attemp to
configure it with ifconfig results in

ifconfig: interface fpa0 does not exist

It looks like the fpa device is not in the kernel network interface
list. I have no clue how to put it there. Does anyone know how to make
this card work?
