I get an error during the read of the CDROM install "acd0: FAILURE -
READ_BIG HARDWARE ERROR asc=0x08 ascq=0x03 error=4<ABORTED>"

This did not occur on FreeBSD 5.2.1.

I am using the following hardware:
Dell PowerEdge 6450
3 Gig RAM
Dual PIII 700 Zeon Processors
Dell Perc/2 DC
4 18Gig in a hardware RAID 5

I have been able to install under Safe Mode, but when I reboot and try to
mount the cdrom it gives the same error. I have also tried the
hw.pci.do_powerstate=0 setting, did not work.

Using Debug Mode to install causes a panic.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
Eddie
