Mark Dawson <md@dcs.qmw.ac.uk> provided it.
I, too, got the patches and started to turn them into a "port".
If you want my files, look at

I never got it to work on my many-zoned phase-2 ethernet.
If anyone has additional patches, I will be happy to integrate them.
