Subject:   How to make netboot "copy" of an existent system?

I have a spare machine that lacks hard drive.
Is there an easy setup that would allow me to boot it via netboot and to 
be a "mirror" of another existing system:
root and home directories should be NFS mounted from an existing system.

In other words it should be just like the other system except for disks 
are NFS-mapped.
