Huh? As far as I can tell named uses almost all of libisc. The only
libisc headers that it doesn't include are <isc/heap.h> and
<isc/irpmarshall.h>; since <isc/heap.h> is used within libisc that
only leaves the irpmarshall part unused.

Tony (who likes <isc/eventlib.h>).
