You have installed a port that has put its own malloc.h in
/usr/local/include.  This is getting picked up instead of the
system /usr/include/malloc.h, and is hosing things.

Find the offending port:

	grep include/malloc.h /var/db/pkg/*/+CONTENTS

and nuke it.  Whether you do this from planetary orbit is
entirely up to you.
