The script now emits |SETCUR: 123| lines that kbdcontrol(1) doesn't like.
Either removing debug |print| or adding STDERR seems to fix.

  $ perl tools/tools/vt/keymaps/convert-keymap.pl \
    share/vt/keymaps/us.kbd ASCII >foo.kbd

  $ kbdcontrol -l ./foo.kbd </dev/ttyv0
  kbdcontrol: invalid key definition
  zsh: exit 1
