i have a gigabyte 586 dx mainboard with 128 mb and 2 * 166 celeron chips. uw scsi 18.3 gb harddisk. so far i've tried 4 or 5 differant recent linux distro's (suse 7.3, mandrake 8.0, rh7.x, slackware, etc) on this board, but i can't get it to run dual. i also have winnt 4 running, which will even run at 2*180mhz. i was told by the previous owner that he had solaris 8 running at 2*180mhz, but i haven't been able to lay my hands on it yet. thsi weekend i downloaded freebsd 4.5, but i haven't tested it yet on said system. can any one tell me if it will run? bluuurgh -------------------------------------- This message, including attached files, is confidential and intended for only the addressee.
