I've just installed a PCI USB card into my FreeBSD server and it appears it's not going to work. It also seems (?) to only be a USB 1.0 card (d'oh!). I've just rebuilt the kernel and added USB support. Any cloobats? (Googled, but couldn't find anything relevant). uhci0: <Intel 82371AB/EB (PIIX4) USB controller> port 0xd800-0xd81f irq 9 at device 7.2 on pci0 usb0: <Intel 82371AB/EB (PIIX4) USB controller> on uhci0 usb0: USB revision 1.0 uhub0: Intel UHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1 uhub0: 2 ports with 2 removable, self powered uhci1: <UHCI (generic) USB controller> port 0xce00-0xce1f irq 9 at device 11.0 on pci0 usb1: <UHCI (generic) USB controller> on uhci1 usb1: USB revision 1.0 uhub1: (0x0106) UHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1 uhub1: 2 ports with 2 removable, self powered uhub1: device problem, disabling port 1 uhub1: device problem, disabling port 2 usb1: host system error usb1: host controller halted --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.bangrocks.com/ - http://www.auspug.org/ http://www.ZigZagSoft.com/ - PalmOS Software and "Palm Games Programming" forum
