The source file for that document may be viewed at
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/releng/10.3/release/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/rel=
notes/article.xml?revision=3D297257&view=3Dmarkup
and lives in Subversion.  Unfortunately, it is in the base/releng part of t=
he
tree, which means that (1) only the release engineers are authorized to mod=
ify
it and (2) it is unlikely to be touched, since the release is already final.

So, while we appreciate the report, I think that WONTFIX is the best resolu=
tion
we can come up with given the current system.  (Hmm, bugzilla doesn't have =
that
status. "overcome by events", since the release is final, I guess.)
