I'm finally sitting down to make a port for Hannah Schröter's bsmtp
package, which adds batched SMTP support to sendmail. This raises the
question whether we have a standardized place for additional sendmail
.m4 macro files (normally in /usr/src/contrib/sendmail/cf/*/) under
/usr/local.
${PREFIX}/share/sendmail ?
