Right now there is no way to restrict the GCC version if you have USES=3Dfo=
rtran.
 If we want that, we need to write some code.  From Mk/Uses/fortran.mk:

  .elif ${fortran_ARGS} =3D=3D gfortran
  _GCC_VER=3D       ${GCC_DEFAULT:S/.//}
