It's actually a CSC product (www.corpsys.com), and cheaper from CSC (I 
think).  There's not enough data on it to know what it is.  Buy one and 
try it.

You're going to have to do better than that for anyone to be able to 
help you.  Model number, compatability claim, chipset onboard at least.
