Hi!

Manual pages are still broken for UTF-8 locale. Here is a part
of bzip2(1):
ftp://ftp.ipt.ru/pub/images/man_bzip2.gif

The system:
-----
% uname -srm
FreeBSD 8.0-BETA3 i386
% locale
LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="ru_RU.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="ru_RU.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="ru_RU.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="ru_RU.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="ru_RU.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="ru_RU.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=
-----

Are there any plans to fix it? Thanks!
