  FreeBSD ports repository

  Modified files:
    devel/automake Makefile
    devel/automake14 Makefile pkg-plist
    devel/automake17 Makefile distinfo pkg-plist
  Removed files:
    devel/automake17/files patch-Makefile.in patch-aclocal.in
                           patch-automake.in patch-automake.texi
                           patch-configure patch-m4-Makefile.in
  Log:
Use the cosmetic BUILD_VERSION variable (a la libtool), switch portnames
away from using the version number twice.

Unbreak automake17, base on work from Rui Lopes <rui@ruilopes.com>
