Hello all,

I have managed to get the Citrix ICA client working on the alpha platform.
In the past it was only available for x86. I was told to submit a PR and
possibly "make" a port available.

This is my first time doing this, so I am asking what the proper procedure
would be.

Please advise, and also CC me in, as I am not yet subscribed to the ports
dis list.

Thank you,
