 well, I tried IPSEC. It worked in 4.4. Until 4.5. I used to compress
 TCP packets with IPSEC. After my box crashed several times I'll try
 IPSEC a bit later ;)

 And.... What of IPSEC without something like racoon? Did anyone try to use racoon?
 It does not work if the peer box just rebooted and has forgotten its
 key database, so one need to initiate key renegotiation... There was
 some talking about this in KAME mailing list.....

 So now I use vtund over TCP...
