To get all the stuff you need to build the doc tree, you should
install the textproc/docproj meta port - this will install loads
of stuff, so be warned.

Also of interest would be the textproc/docbook-tdg port, which is
a HTML version of the O'Reilly book "Docbook - The Definitive Guide".
