Testing with Adaptec Sil3112 SATA controller and native PSI-IDESI3112
with the same results. Change the PCI slot are no effect.

While errors printed on console, interrupt counter vmstat -i on atapci
interrupt incremented very slowly...

What SATA controller are you recommended?
