I picked up ingressrc.tar.gz a while ago from the original site you put it
up on and was rather disappointed that it had no documentation. I fetched
the real ingres distribution from Berekley and found all the documentation
there.  I think it would be best to supply patches that can be applied to
the berkely distribution.
