It's not really a question anyway since PW commits to CVSROOT/avail to
keep people from touching it during the freeze.  Also, they only last
about two hours; it's not like the old days when ports would be frozen
for several days.  All that's done at this point is to tag the ports
tree for the release and build off a cvs co -rRELENG_X_Y_Z_RELEASE.
