When I follow the directions in the Handbook to create a boot floppy I find that I am asked to copy more data to the floppy than the floppy will hold. What do I do? Following is the part of the code suggested in the Handbook: fdformat -q fd0 disklabel -w -B -b /usr/mdec/fdboot -s /usr/mdec/bootfd /dev/rfd0c fd1440 newfs -t 2 -u 18 -l 1 -c 40 -i 5120 -m 5 -o space /dev/rfd0a mount /dev/fd0a /mnt cp -f /kernels/MINI /mnt # one of many cp commands gzip -c -best /sbin/init > /mnt/sbin/init # one of many gzip commands Before executing all of the gzip commands the disk is full.
