	window(1) changes terminal's cursor to 'blink' mode
	from 'normal' or 'destructive' (see 'vidcontrol -c' for reference).
	It did not in 4.x versions.

	Log in using console (vty).
	Make sure your cursor is 'normal' (default mode) or 'destructive'.
	Run window(1) and look at blinking cursor.
