Actually, what you need to do is:
cd /usr/ports/multimedia/pvr250
sudo make deinstall
sudo make clean
sudo make extract

edit work/dev/cxm/cxm_eeprom.c:
case 0x63:
case 0x55: /* TCL 2002N-6A */
         tuner_type = CXM_TUNER_TCL_2002N_6A;
         break;

The only line you need to add is the case 0x63. This will cause the 
driver to behave the same as if you had a tuner with the code 0x55 
(since this is the closest to your model).

sudo make install

kldload the modules

I don't know if this will actually give you functionality on your tuner 
since I'm not using my built-in tuner, but it will at least allow the 
cxm0 device to attach.
