Time to move the patch to Phabricator. Bugzilla support for interdiffs is p=
oor
and it doesn't allow patches larger than 1 Mb.

Firefox 60 enables WebAuthn by default with Google Accounts support. Greg V
implemented FreeBSD support, so I've integrated it into the patch.
