Are you loading firmware, i.e., have

	device ispfw

or

ispfw_LOAD=YES

?

I could use a bit more information than what you have also. I'd be surprised
that even under -v that's all the information there is. How about the whole
dmesg? 

Are you booting w/o any devices connected at all?
