Are you using it for a server or for a MUA?

For a MUA you should consider to use Bogofilter and simply teach it to
ignore this junk. Sure, at some amount of the same junk it's wiser to
already ban some addresses before they reaches the MUA, if you should
care about what does reach your MUA, then block it by your ISP's
web-interface.

Assumed you maintain a server, then indeed my points are wrong, IOW you
should provide more information.
