I don't understand why isn't work at you. I've run

'exec /usr/local/share/geogebra/jre1.7.0_45-i686/bin/java -Xms32m -Xmx1024m
-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=3Don -cp
/usr/local/share/geogebra/geogebra/geogebra.jar
-Xbootclasspath/a:/usr/local/share/geogebra/jre1.7.0_45-i686/bin/../lib/jfx=
rt.jar
org.geogebra.desktop.GeoGebra3D --showSplash=3Dfalse
--settingsfile=3D/usr/local/share/geogebra/.config/geogebra/geogebra.proper=
ties
--settingsfile=3D/usr/local/share/geogebra/geogebra.properties'

(last line of your startup message) and works for me.

One more idea: 'truss -o geogebra_truss.log geogebra'. I hope it will show =
the
source of your error.
