Log:
  sigaction.2: Minor cleanups
  
  Add vertical space between struct definition and function prototype.
  
  Use "NULL" to describe zero pointers, instead of "zero."
  
  Remove perhaps unclear "can not" and replace.  Tag struct member names used
  with appropriate tags.
