Most of the stuff at sendmail.org is written for 8.9 where they used a
different file naming and placement scheme.  If you read at
sendmail.org it indicates that a FAQ for 8.11 should be avaliable
soon.  Most of the fixes you see in the present FAQ refer to previous
versions of sendmail.
