And me too on my xp1000 and up1000.   That's how I missed removing it.

Anyway, I'm not sure that its his problem, but it certainly shouldn't
be there.  It was left over from my attempts to get the floppy drive
doing dma.  (it turned out the real problem was that I needed to flip
a bit in the isa bridge).
