Nearly all /etc/make.conf option variables don't care what the value
of the variable is, only whether or not it is set at all.

So MAKE_KERBEROS4=3DNO is the same as
MAKE_KERBEROS4=3DYES_PLEASE_WITH_FRILLY_BITS_ON_TOP
