A more correct message is:
  - Force the use/install of linux_base-fc4 when the linux version is  
set to 2.4.2.

I can not remember if this patch was presented on emulation@ for  
review by ale@, but the PR went straigt to portmgr. As emulation@ is  
the maintainer of the linuxulator infrastructure in the ports  
collection, I am a little bit surprised that portmgr didn't want to  
have a comment from the maintainer (and I do not see anything in the  
PR that mentions that the maintainer reviewed this).
