On a FreeBSD -current system, running anything that requires a
library in /usr/local/lib seems to fail with:

As a example, for tcpd of tcpwrapper:
ld.so failed: Can't find shared library "libwrap.so.7.4"

The system does boot up with:
setting ldconfig path: /usr/lib /usr/X11R6/lib /usr/X386/lib /usr/local/lib

Thanks to the help of Chuck Robey by doing a env variable for LD
but it didn't do anything except for users who are logged on. Anyone have
any ideas what else I can try to fix this problem?
